DIRECTIVE FIVE - Part 5

 1

ANCIENT . . . New Age

    • Be aware of the dark Kingdom — stay awake!

Do you know what the dark Kingdom is conspiring? Are you aware of its reality, strength, and insidious plans?

    • Conspiracy — more than a Hollywood production.
    • Open your mind — be ready for paradigm shifts.
    • Psychic activity — beyond readers and street fairs.
    • Do not be deceived — the occult is not 'cute and harmless'.

Directive 5, part 5 the end . . . or is it!  Gleanings from research on the New Age — the occult!

The book Brotherhood of Darkness2 by Dr. Stan Monteith, cites various organizations that many believe to have dark agendas. He notes how one person thinks it is this organization, another that.   He ties it all into one organization . . . the occult, operating through all these organizations.  Lucifer operates through men to bring about control of this earth and the roots of politics, money, and power go deep throughout history.  The agenda, one world government, setting the stage for antichrist.

The book The New World Religion, subtitled The Spiritual Roots of Global Government 3 by Gary Kah, presents a full historical background for the movement of the occult in its 'New Age' teachings, and the growing 'empowerment' of the U.N.

The New Age movement has infiltrated Christian churches and even our Bibles.

The book New Age Bible Versions4  by G.  A.  Riplinger, presents exhaustive documentation on the New Age and its activities.  It exposes the message, men, and manuscripts moving us to one world religion.  Much of the Bible is being changed, even eliminated.  Even if you reject her conclusions, consider her research and evidence.

Riplinger traces the new versions to their underlying Greek text,  a novelty produced in the 1870's by B. F. Wescott, a London spiritualist.

Wescott's then "shocking" Greek New Testament slowly infiltrated the liberal seminaries during the first half of this century and today floods the bookstores under 'New' version covers.

Noting their deviation from the traditional text, one NIV editor yields, "Certain verses that... have traditionally been thought to be part of Holy Writ, were in the judgment of the translators, not present ...5 Wheaton professor, Dr. Gordon Fee, comments on the "clipped" character of all versions except the Authorized Version (KJV).
"The contemporary translations as a group have one thing in common: they tend to agree against the KJV. . . in omitting hundreds of words, phrases and verses."6

The NIV has 64,098 less words than the KJV.  Manuscripts and Greek New Testaments produced according to the "revise" rule of Philo's school are markedly different from the great mass of N.T. manuscripts (over 5,000) used to produce the KJV.  J. B. Phillips, another spiritualist and new version editor, acknowledges this "vast" difference in his forward to the NASB Greek-English interlinear New Testament:

"You will see how and why a modern translation produces vastly different verbal results."7

Riplinger comments on this vast difference as well:

The vast difference between this Greek text type and most, mirrors the vast difference between paganism and Christianity.  Yet, they have become, in Webb's words, "... an accepted part" of liberal N.T. scholarship.  The mandate to infiltrate has been followed so fully that these altered manuscripts are referred to today as "the originals" by Luciferians and liberal N.T. scholars.8

I have never considered myself a 'King James only' person.  After reviewing the material, I use my Amplified Bible alongside a King James Version!

Anyone serious about their faith needs to consider the inroads the new age (occult) is making in our government, our churches, and even our Bibles!
